- No Full Refunds: Please note that ARES does not offer full refunds for our consultation and mentoring services. The expertise and knowledge provided by our mentors are valuable assets that cannot be returned or revoked once shared. We commit significant time, effort, and resources to ensure the highest quality of service delivery, and the fees paid reflect the value of the insights and guidance provided.
- Partial Refund Option: If, for any reason, you find yourself completely unsatisfied with the consultation or mentoring services received, ARES offers a partial refund option. You may request a 40% refund of the total fees paid by explaining via email how the consultation or mentoring did not achieve your desired outcome. We appreciate your feedback and use it to continually improve our services.
- Refund for Assistance Beyond ARES' Capacity: In the event that the initial intake forms reveal that you require assistance beyond the capacity of ARES, we are committed to your well-being and will provide a 100% refund for any services purchased. This ensures that you receive the appropriate support and guidance needed for your specific circumstances.
- Refund for Referral to Outside Services: During the course of our services, if it becomes apparent that ARES needs to end our services and refer you to external resources or services, we will refund any fees paid for upcoming services that have been purchased after the discovery. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the most suitable and comprehensive assistance to address your needs effectively. If it is discovered during the intake process that you would be better served by an external source you will be refunded 100% for that service purchased.
